— our vision

Receivables are
capital, not paperwork.

For decades, B2B receivables have been treated as an afterthought — a balance sheet line item waiting to be collected, or a last resort collateral for a short-term loan. The infrastructure to move them as institutional assets simply didn't exist at scale.

That's the problem Invoice Ledger was built to solve.

Credit originators — the fintechs and lenders writing B2B receivables every day — have always had the asset quality. What they've lacked is a clean, capital markets-grade path to monetize it. Warehouse debt adds risk. Factoring caps margin. AR platforms add process but not capital.

We built the missing layer: a rated, multi-seller securitization program that treats your receivables the way a mortgage-backed security treats a home loan. Standardized. Transferable. Institutional.

AI is what makes this possible now. The underwriting, surveillance, and concentration monitoring that used to require a team of analysts running quarterly models can now run continuously against live data. That changes the economics of the program and the speed at which originators can access capital.

Invoice Ledger is pre-to-post AI infrastructure. We're not automating the old process. We're building the new one.
